ACCESS TO THE WHOLESALE PLATFORM.
The access to www.wholesale.aaaunbraned.com sales platform, for the purchase of aaa/unbranded® products, is only allowed through a password, issued by STUPYDOO S.r.l.s. Company. This password is provided only to retailers selected and verified by STUPYDOO S.r.l.s. Company, subject to direction and coordination of AAA/UNBRANDED Ltd..
It is strictly forbidden for the retailer to extrapolate from the online sales platform www.wholesale.aaaunbraned.com data, photos, information relating to prices, availability, quantities, sizes and other data deemed sensitive; to copy or send such data to third parties. Or to send your personal password to third parties, even within your own organization, without the written authorization of STUPYDOO S.r.l.s. Company.
POLICY OF WORK WITH THE RETAILER.
aaa/unbranded® consider the retailer as a partner, and as such our behavior requires the maximum availability to support its work, ensuring that he can obtain the maximum return from the sale of our products. For this reason we are committed to providing each retailer with also a personalized quote starting from the list price of the products.
Being a partnership between aaa/unbranded® brand and retailers, we operate with a win-win philosophy taking into account some factors:
- The style of shop and the other brands / products present in the store
- The space that the retail partner will want to dedicate to aaa/unbranded® products, also in the shop window
- If the retailer will communicate to its customers through social networks the brand and products
- If the retailer will invest in sponsored campaigns / or simply promotion, on their own social channels
- Quantity of products purchased
In return aaa/unbranded® undertakes to:
- Provide a discounted price to the retailer calculated on the total purchase (minimum 3% calculated on basic products price)
- Promote the retailer on own Social channels with sponsored and geo-localized campaigns
- Provide the retailer with product images, texts, and other information for product promotion
- Provide pre and post sales assistance and training on own products
- Give the retailer the possibility to sell their products also in our store to the consumer (www.aaaunbranded.com), using our special DPS service
SALE OF PRODUCTS.
Any reorder of products is only possible if indicated in the product sheets available in the store. For product reorders, delivery may vary from 10 to 45 working days, depending on the type of product or its availability in stock (especially for the fragrances of the N SERIES).
If there is a STUPYDOO S.r.l.s. distributor or agent in the dealer’s area, the dealer will be directed to purchase products from the distributor or local agent.
The products are sold by aaa/unbranded® directly to the public through their online store at www.aaaunbranded.com. The prices of the products sold in the aaa/unbranded® store are the same as those indicated on the online product page (RRP price). In some cases, the retail price may be higher than the recommended price, but never lower than the price indicated in the product sheet on this wholesale online store.
Some products are exclusively made for wholesale and therefore reserved for the retailer (these products are marked in the product sheet of the online catalog with the attribute “RR” – Reserved for Retailers – in the top right corner, and there is an indication in the product sheet).
LANGUAGE USED BY THE BRAND.
The language used by the brand for sales is English. In some cases, informational materials are also available in other languages, depending on the brand’s presence in the respective market. In any case, the language used in this wholesale store is English. It is therefore not possible to receive informational materials in languages other than those defined by STUPYDOO S.r.l.s. on a case-by-case basis, except in exceptional circumstances.
CURRENCY AND PAYMENTS.
The currency used in this wholesale store is Euro. Payment terms are specified in the invoice sent to the customer and are mandatory. Failure to pay or if payment is made with terms different from those indicated in the product sheets, it will result in the immediate termination of the contract.
